Changelog

Every change put in service in the data the calculator and the API serve: editions of the US tariff, official notices read ahead of it, the Chapter 99 positions they change, the corrections of wrong rates, and the changes of the API. Differences merely detected at import are not listed; a correction of our interpretation or of the engine is never presented as a customs decision.
